Since we don't have much of a pool tradition at the RI, I figure I might as well start us off correctly. The rules listed in Billiards are official on five continents (Latin America has no official billiard organization, and Red's team in Antarctica doesn't have a pool table).There has been a lot of disagreement about what the correct rules are, so: if anybody can find another current rule book, I will take those rules into account. In particular, the IBA and ABA have rule books that I haven't been able to find.
